Village Discount Drapery is a part of Village Auctions, TN Gallery #6072. We are located in Bristol which is in the northeastern corner of Tennessee on the border with Virginia. We are a 2nd generation family business (working on the third) owned and operated since 1971 . We offer a wide range of items that will help you make your house a home. Be sure to see our fabric room with over 30,000 yards of fabric in stock at closeout prices. We can only show a small percentage of the items we have at our store location on our web site and invite you to contactus@countryruffles.com if you have any questions about items you may be looking for and do not see on-line. PAYMENT OPTIONS
The best and fastest way to pay is thru PayPal, however you can send us a money order or personal check. Personal checks can delay your order until payment is cleared. If you wish to pay on-line with your credit card then you will have to do so thru PayPal. We have found that PayPal is the most secure process and least expensive for us to accept your credit cards. By selecting PayPal as your payment option at checkout, you will be directed to their secure web site for your card number. If you are not a PayPal member then you will be asked some questions and an account will be set up.
SAMPLES AVAILABLE
We do have some samples of the items shown online but in the textile business a sample cannot guarantee color fastness and a sample is just what it is. A sample. If you wish to see a sample then please let us know and if available we will get it out to you.
SHIPPING POLICY
We prefer shipping by United Parcel Service Ground therefore we cannot ship UPS to a Post Office Box. All of our UPS shipments include insurance and are track able. If for some reason UPS or USPS is not the best way for you then please let us know and we will try to work with you on shipping. For shipping to Hawaii or Alaska and or out of the US please email us for a price quote.
SHIPPING TIMES
We also sell from our store in Bristol, TN and cannot keep all items in stock at our location at all times. Complete orders in stock usually ship with 48 hours however if an item is not in stock then longer processing time can occur. All Country Ruffles are made in North Carolina and an item not in stock can take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If you need your order by a certain time then it is best to contact us so we can estimate a shipping time.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept your returns. (*Unless it is something you just had to have and we had to have the factory special order it just for you and nobody else will ever want to buy it when we get it back and we get stuck with it for the next 30 years........but other than that its a sure thing.) We will deduct the "REAL" cost of shipping to you from your refund plus a 5% restocking fee. Please eMail or call us before you send the item back so we can be expecting it.
